Assessment & Tailored Study Plan
Enrolment
The first step is to organise a time for an assessment followed by a discussion to tailor the study plan for the family.
Once an assessment is completed, a study plan is discussed with the Kumon Instructor, typically 30-50 minutes end-to-end.
Monthly Fees *All prices are inclusive of GST.
Enrolment Fee: There is an initial enrolment fee of $100.
Monthly Tuition Fee: Kumon fees are paid two weeks in advance on a monthly basis. The tuition fee is $160 per month per subject.
The monthly fees cover in-depth analyses and tailored homework that fosters lifelong self-learning skills. Weekly lessons are required, ensuring structured learning and consistent progress while offering regular opportunities for student to engage and ask questions.
To provide additional flexibility, we encourage makeup sessions* (in-person or online) for those who miss a lesson or two. This ensures that every student continues to learn new topics and reinforce their understanding . These lessons provide valuable insights, and allow our team to assess students' progress and refine and, tailor their study plans effectively.
*Note - We encourage makeup lessons to be held before their regular sessions to allow for students to learn new topics and concepts ahead of time.

The Value of Home-Marking
Home marking allows your child to strengthen their knowledge and correct their mistakes through parents marking their child's homework. More importantly - It helps them identify strengths and areas for improvement while also reinforce concepts, and promote independent learning. We encourage families to mark their children's homework if they have time with the answer book provided in their homework pack.
Need to take a break?
Please notify us BY the 15th of the preceding month. If you DO NOT provide notice by this date, the full tuition fee for the following month will be charged. This policy helps us ensure that we maximise each child's potential by planning and organising learning materials and teaching resources 4 - 6 weeks in advance.
