Consultations

Kumon is a program that caters for student learning styles, family schedules, and preferences. The foundations of the successful Kumon learning is a regular homework routine that suits the student’s learning style, family preference and hectic schedule.

Kumon is about tailoring for different learning styles, taking small steps at a time and fostering self-learning ability. We promote this in both our classroom-based and home-based sessions where students will learn and advance in the same manner.

The 3-way partnership between parents, children and the Kumon team is the foundation for successful learning and development of independent advanced students.

Parents are encouraged to schedule consultations and discuss study progress every 4 months with our Kumon Instructor.

Schedule a Progress Discussion

Students are in a classroom setting, supervised by Kumon teaching staff. We spend 2-3 minutes guiding the children through new topics and answering HW questions they may have. After understanding new topics, students will independently complete their assigned worksheets and correct if need be.
